Shipping and delivery

Rooted Femme currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing. Rooted Femme is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

Local pickup is not currently available through our online store. Salon clients may purchase available products in person during their scheduled appointments.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, ask members of your household, and contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, email hello@rootedfemmebeauty.com with your order number.
